The Order of the One True Sketchbook is a vast and open conspiracy dedicated to the proposition that each person is naturally a creative being, and as such requires an outlet for self-expression as part of a healthy, just and well-ordered life, and further, that drawing is as perfect a tool for these goals as reason has seen fit to bestow upon humankind.
Sketchbook Club International fosters awareness of this revelation via three modes of discourse:
- Drawing as a tool for discovery, self-expression and communication
- Drawing as a tool for observing, decoding and understanding the world
- Drawing as a tool for promoting social justice
